Negligent bodily harm

(jd) A traffic accident occurred yesterday (12.11.) at 3.20 p.m. on Daimlerstraße / Junkerstraße. During a driving test, a section of the test was to take place with a trailer: In the test section, the trailer was to be reversed without danger. The intersection Daimlerstraße / Junkerstraße was chosen for this and the driving instructor and driving examiner temporarily blocked off this area. Due to this closure, a queue of vehicles formed in Daimlerstraße, including a bus. The bus then swerved out of the queue and drove past the other waiting cars, running over the driving examiner's foot in the process. The 37-year-old examiner was injured. The driver of the bus continued his journey without fulfilling his obligations as a party to the accident. The 37-year-old and the driving instructor informed the police and provided the license plate number of the bus. The Herford traffic commissioner's office has taken over the investigation.
