This means that the blue and green checkmark to the right of the name shows all users that the accounts are genuine. Police NRW Heinsberg is written on it and is also in it.
Verification is a process in which certain conditions must be met to prove the authenticity of the account and company. In addition to increasing the public's trustworthiness, WhatsApp now also makes it possible to find the authority's channel by entering, for example, Heinsberg police in the search field. Scanning the QR code or typing in the exact link is then no longer necessary.
